29th Street Capital and Solinity Partner to Acquire Assets Under New Brand Enrich Senior Living

July 2, 2019

ATLANTA, GA–29th Street Capital, a value-add real estate investment firm, and Solinity, a progressive senior living developer, owner and operator, have joined forces to create a new brand and acquire assets in the major metro Atlanta area.

The two are seeking value-add assets to reposition in the southeastern United States. Building on 29th Street Capital’s strong history of acquiring and repositioning assets coupled with Solinity’s management and marketing expertise in the senior living industry, the two have formed the new brand Enrich Senior Living.

“Enrich Senior Living will show the high-quality living environment and care in an affordable manner by allowing those who seek senior living the opportunity to thrive in our communities,” said Erik Kolacinski, President of Enrich Senior Living. “Our primary goal is to serve our seniors with compassion and care, while creating superior living experiences.”

Enrich Senior Living recently acquired its first community, Shekinah Home, located in Norcross, GA, which is a suburb of Atlanta. The community is a personal care home that is receiving a full renovation, updates inside and out, and a rebranding which will better serve the needs of families, residents, and team members in the Norcross area.

“We are excited that the exterior will receive a complete facelift. The home is 32 years old and hasn’t seen too many updates over the last few years,” said Josh Crisp, CEO of Solinity. “Additions will include outdoor updates, features and gardens for the residents to enjoy. All apartments will be newly renovated, as well as the common areas, and added services and amenities. We are considering our team in these upgrades because we understand that teams are better able to serve our resident’s needs in a quality community. We know that in order to minister to our resident’s physical, emotion and spiritual needs, we have to make sure we are also meeting the needs of our team members and providing an excellent work environment. We are excited about the partnership and support of 29th Street Capital’s vision for the community.”

Shekinah Home, now Enrich @ 519, is a personal care home assisting with a variety of services including bathing, grooming, laundry, and concierge services such as transportation assistance, coordination of doctors’ appointments and activities to ensure physical, social, and spiritual wellbeing.

“The community of Norcross can expect an established home with a newly renovated boutique style living experience. We are excited to offer a newly renovated community that offers quality living for seniors in a high-end atmosphere at an affordable price,” added Kolacinski.

While renovations are currently underway, the community is now receiving tours and taking reservations for the updated apartments.
