Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) successfully facilitated the sale of a Skilled Nursing Facility in Burlington, Colorado. The facility consists of 44 licensed beds (31 operating) and is situated across1.39 acres with approximately 25,003 square feet of building.

The Seller is a group of investors out of California that are divesting to exit their senior living and skilled nursing holdings in the state of Colorado. The buyer is a Colorado-based owner/ operator with a portfolio of senior living and skilled nursing communities in CO & KS.
