Presbyterian Village North Expansion Reaches 70% Reserved in 13 Days

DALLAS — Forefront Living announced that The Landmark, a planned expansion at Presbyterian Village North, reached 70% reserved within 13 days of opening reservations.
Scheduled to open in early 2029, The Landmark will add 81 independent living residences in a new 216,000-square-foot neighborhood at the continuing care retirement community.
“Reaching 70% reserved for The Landmark in just 13 days is a strong endorsement of the quality and reputation of Presbyterian Village North,” Forefront Living CEO Tim Mallad said.
The five-story building is planned to include a 2,000-square-foot sky lounge, a new dining venue, underground parking and a Lifestyle Center. Residences will include outdoor patios or balconies, in-suite laundry, walk-in closets and stainless steel appliances.
The project will expand Presbyterian Village North’s independent living inventory while complementing its existing independent living, assisted living and memory support offerings. Residents also will have access to the community’s 66-acre campus.
Presbyterian Village North is a Forefront Living continuing care retirement community serving adults age 62 and older. Its existing services also include short-stay rehabilitation and skilled nursing.
Forefront Living is a Texas-based nonprofit senior living organization whose communities include Presbyterian Village North in Dallas, The Outlook at Windhaven in Plano, St. Joseph Village in Coppell and Bella Vida in San Antonio.
