Agemark Assumes Management of The Landing at Carmichael

CARMICHAEL, Calif. — Agemark Senior Living assumed management of The Landing at Carmichael, an independent living community in Carmichael, effective June 1.

The transition is management-only, and ownership of the community remains unchanged. Agemark said it will focus on maintaining the community’s existing culture while working with residents, families and team members on future enhancements.

Agemark is a family-owned company with corporate offices in Orinda, Calif., and Omaha, Neb. It owns and operates 28 senior living communities under 12 brands across six states, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care and respite care.
