Arrow Senior Living Opens Community in Arkansas Capital

LITTLE ROCK, AR — Missouri-based Arrow Senior Living has welcomed the first residents to The Summit Senior Living at Chenal Valley in the Arkansas state capital. Built by O’Reilly Development, The Summit offers richly appointed amenities and spacious apartments designed with worry-free, vibrant living in mind.

The Summit Senior Living at Chenal Valley is situated on 12 acres in West Little Rock, near outdoor recreation, shopping, and fine dining. The 163,000-square foot, newly constructed continuum of care community includes 96 independent living units, 44 assisted living units, 18 memory care units; it features state-of-the-art technology, a full-service restaurant, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and an emphasis on outdoor living, including an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, shuffleboard and games, and covered pavilion.

Assisted living and memory care units are pre-leasing now, with move-ins anticipated this fall and winter, respectively. The Summit Senior Living at Chenal Valley is the first Arrow-operated community in Arkansas and the 35th in its rapidly expanding portfolio.
