Atria Senior Living Hires Stephanie Haley-Andrews as SVP of Care
LOUISVILLE, KY—Atria Senior Living, an industry-leading senior housing management services company, has hired Stephanie Haley-Andrews as senior vice president of care. Haley-Andrews will serve as the strategic lead for the company’s care operations, empowering residents to stay active, grow and engage in what brings purpose and joy.
“It is critical that our business maintains the dynamic, forward-thinking culture for quality care as the age-wave becomes reality,” said Mark Jessee, president and chief operating officer of Atria Senior Living. “We are excited to have Stephanie on board, and she is joining us at a time when we are thinking more about innovations at the intersection of care, technology, well-being and customer service.”
Haley-Andrews brings more than 20 years of managing the care experience, from senior living to emergency medical services to trauma programs. A registered nurse herself, she has developed, led and scaled nursing initiatives across multiple organizations, driving quality care, key clinical outcomes and emergency preparedness. Her research is published in the Journal of Trauma Nursing and other peer-reviewed trauma nursing and emergency medicine publications.
“I am thrilled to join Atria, as it continues leading the conversation on what it means to age well and to embrace life after retirement,” said Haley-Andrews. “What I admire most about the company is the scale of quality assurance, data and talented people who put Atria’s residents first.”
