Christian Living Communities-Cappella Living Solutions Begins Immediate CEO Search

ENGLEWOOD, CO–Christian Living Communities (CLC) President & CEO Terry Rogers resigned his position this week as he accepts the CEO position at Westminster Communities of Florida based in Orlando. Rogers will stay on as CEO at CLC and Cappella Living Solutions, the consulting and management division of CLC, through early April.

CLC-Cappella is responsible for the operations of 24 communities in seven states and operates a home care agency. CLC is also a partner in the Perennial Consortium, a new Medicare Advantage Plan serving Colorado and Ohio.

Rogers announced his resignation Tuesday to the board of directors, team members and residents by stating, “This decision did not come easily or lightly for me as I have a deep affection and commitment to Christian Living Communities, Cappella Living Solutions and Rhythms Home Care. I am incredibly proud to be part of this strong organization and to contribute to its continuing success.”

Rogers went on to say he is working closely with Board Chair Greg Terry to find a replacement. Terry stated of Rogers, “In his four years with CLC-Cappella Living Solutions, Terry Rogers has furthered the vision and mission of the organization, doubling our size and touching more lives than ever before with our good work. We thank him for his dedicated service.”

Additionally, Board Chair Greg Terry named current Chief Operating Officer Camille Burke as the interim CEO to maintain organizational momentum and ensure continued success. At the same time, a national search will begin for a new CEO and president.

Rogers further shared that the new position is a step to further his career growth, saying, “Westminster is the nation’s 14th largest, not-for-profit senior living organization, serving more than 7,000 residents in 22 communities throughout Florida. I am thrilled to continue my commitment to serve in the faith-based, not-for-profit sector.” Rogers will replace retiring CEO Roger Stevens.
