Civitas Named Managing Company For New Braunfels Senior Living Community

NEW BRAUNFELS, TX–Civitas Senior Living, a Texas-based senior living management and consulting company, announced on November 8 that it has been awarded the managing contract for Élan Westpointe, a 113-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care senior community in New Braunfels.  The community was developed by Titan Senior Living.  The management transition occurred on November 1.  Civitas President Wayne Powell said Titan’s resident-centered approach makes the agreement a perfect fit for all involved.
