Cube Capital Partners Invests in Luxury Senior Living Development

ATLANTA–Cube Capital Partners has made an investment in Village Park Paces, a senior living development which will be developed and managed by Village Park Senior Living. Located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, the initial phase of Village Park Paces will boast 200+ luxury independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments and city-homes situated on 9 acres. Amenities will include a movie theater, full-service salon, flower shop, outdoor pool, library, clubhouse and several dining venues and bars.
