Curis Capital and Veritas Senior Living Acquire St. Louis Senior Living Community

IRVING, TX and CHATTANOOGA, TN–Irving, TX-based Curis Capital in a venture with Chattanooga, TN-based Veritas Senior Living has acquired Autumn Ridge, an independent living and residential care community outside St. Louis, MO.

Located in Herculaneum, MO, Autumn Ridge offers 107 residences including 26 independent living apartments and 81 apartments for residents who require residential care.  The 80,397 square-foot building was originally constructed in 1984.

Veritas will manage Autumn Ridge and plans to implement operational changes including an in-house therapy space with HealthPro and an expanded activities calendar.

Veritas Founder and CEO Matt Fox has more than 20 years of combined experience in the senior living industry, having led communities from 58 to over 500 residents.
