Minnetonka, MN– Eldermark, an all-in-one senior living software platform, announced the hire of Vince Naughton as the director of digital strategy and insights. Naughton will play a pivotal role in driving the recently launched full-service digital and social marketing agency that is part of Eldermark’s turn-key marketing solution.
Naughton joins Eldermark with more than 25 years of experience in the digital marketing and marketing technology space. In addition to working for organizations like Oracle and E2 Communications, Naughton has a long track-record of helping clients on the agency-side, having founded and managed a digital agency previously.
At Eldermark, Naughton is responsible for driving the customer experience strategy and business intelligence reporting and analytics. Naughton leverages his understanding of customer journey mapping, content strategy and digital campaign planning to guide Eldermark’s clients in building multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
