Faith Burns Named Executive Director of The Springs at Butte

BUTTE, MT—Faith Burns has been appointed the executive director of The Springs at Butte in Butte, Montana. In this role, Burns is responsible for all aspects of community operations, serving nearly 100 Butte families. As executive director, she reports to Regional Operations Director Nicole Jemming.

A lifelong Montanan, Burns most recently served as chief financial officer at Senior Solutions Home Care & Hospice in Butte. There, she oversaw budget preparation and accounting information systems, including transitioning the entire organization to more efficient and productive electronic-based systems. Burns also managed human resources and administration in this role, leading organizational decisions, compliance efforts, business operations and conflict management and resolution.

Burns started her career in the insurance industry before moving to hospice and home health. Burns has a bachelor’s degree in business from Montana Technological University, where she was a member of the Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society.
