“We’re excited to welcome Brenda and Bonnie as the newest members of our executive team,” said Neil Volder, CEO and developer of Harbor’s Edge. “Achieving the highest degree of resident and team member satisfaction is impossible without strong leadership. During their careers, Brenda and Bonnie have demonstrated success in their respective professions, and we’re certain their addition will be pivotal in ensuring our community remains one of the best places to live and work in Norfolk.”

“What attracted me to this role was the overwhelming passion and devotion that Harbor’s Edge has for its team members and residents,” said Rosecrans. “I’m looking forward to helping maintain a workplace environment conducive to team member success and the success of the community as a whole.”
Thrift agreed, saying, “It’s wonderful to be part of a team that’s fully committed to the health and well-being of its residents. I can’t wait to serve and have a positive impact on their lives through exceptional professional care.”
