Heritage Communities Appoints Jodi Langhorst as Vice President of Sales, West Division
April 27, 2026
OMAHA, Neb. — Heritage Communities has appointed Jodi Langhorst as vice president of sales, West Division, as the company adjusts its sales leadership structure to support its expanding senior living portfolio.
The Omaha, Neb.-based company said its portfolio has grown by more than 40% over the past year, with expansion across the Midwest and Southwest and additional growth expected in 2026.
As part of the change, Heritage Communities has moved to a divisional sales leadership model overseeing multiple regions. Langhorst will serve as vice president of sales for the West Division. Tina Cunningham, who joined Heritage in 2025, will serve as vice president of sales for the East Division.
The company said the new structure is intended to improve alignment with operations, provide more consistent support at the community level and strengthen efforts to drive occupancy and performance.
“As we continue to grow, it’s critical that our leadership structure evolves with us,” said Lacy Jungman, chief marketing officer. “Bringing Jodi onto the team and moving to a divisional VP model allows us to increase focus, strengthen partnerships with operations, and more proactively drive occupancy and performance across our communities.”
Langhorst, who holds an MBA, has experience in sales leadership, operational alignment and team development, including building sales teams, implementing sales strategies and supporting occupancy growth through coordination with operations and marketing.
Heritage Communities manages 25 communities throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Arizona and Texas. Sixteen of those communities are owned and operated by Heritage, eight are under management contract and one additional location is in development in Nebraska. The company employs nearly 2,000 associates and serves more than 2,000 residents.
