June 10, 2019
GALLATIN, TN–Integral Senior Living (ISL) and Hunt Midwest have broken ground on The Capstone at Station Camp, an assisted living and memory care community, on a 6-acre site in Gallatin, about 30 miles northeast of Nashville. The 76,000-square-foot senior housing development will offer one- and two-bedroom suites providing accommodations for up to 114 residents with 56 assisted living units and 32 memory care units.
“The Greater Nashville area is filled with vibrancy and is a place people want to live, and The Capstone at Station Camp will match that spirit,” said Collette Gray, CEO/COO for ISL. “As we break ground on this community, we are eager to bring ISL’s excellent care to future residents.”
Along with high-quality assisted living, The Capstone at Station Camp will also feature Generations Memory Care, providing a caring community for residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s. The community’s highly trained staff completes extensive certified training and works with residents on a daily basis to support them through their memory loss. The Capstone at Station Camp will feature additional ISL hallmarks, including Elevate dining and Vibrant Life® offerings. The community will incorporate elements from the surrounding area’s architecture, with red brick and neutrally colored stucco, outdoor terraces and balconies, gardens bordered by brick columns and wrought iron fencing, and ample windows to allow natural light. Amenities will include a great room, formal dining room, fitness center, bistro lounge, sunroom, walking trails, gazebo and dog park.
“The Metro Nashville area continues to see consistent growth, and with that comes an urgent need for quality senior housing,” said Aaron Schmidt, general manager of Development and Construction at Hunt Midwest. “We are eager to meet the demand for first-class assisted living and memory care through offering The Capstone at Station Camp.”
A project completion date for The Capstone at Station Camp is set for August 2020. Hunt Midwest has selected Pi Architects to lead the overall design of the community, Civil Site Design Group to perform land planning and civil engineering, and Hardaway Construction as general contractor for the project.
