Jean Norte Named Executive Director at The Residence at Penniman Hill in Hingham

HINGHAM, MA–LCB Senior Living, LLC  the Norwood, Massachusetts-based, developer and operator of luxury independent, assisted and memory care communities for seniors has named Jean Norte Executive Director at The Residence at Penniman Hill, expected to open in Fall 2019 in Hingham.

Norte comes to the community after more than a decade in the Senior Living sector, particularly in staffing and populating new communities. She has lived and worked in Southeast Massachusetts for much of this time, developing strong bonds with community, civic leaders and families. Her priority at The Residence at Penniman Hill is to establish a premier residential community that reflects Hingham’s historic focus on family life.

The Residence at Penniman Hill is owned and operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC and will provide premium services to seniors, with Independent, Assisted Living and “Reflections” memory care options.

Residents enjoy top amenities in luxurious settings, including “Anytime Dining” (restaurant-style dining from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, with chef-prepared meals served all day); Cafe Dining (an informal alternative with lighter fare); elegant common areas and outdoor spaces (libraries, living rooms, country kitchen, theater, etc.), and more. The Engagement Calendar includes intellectual, cultural, recreational and social opportunities, seven days per week.

For residents with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, LCB’s renowned “Reflections” memory care programming is state-of-the-art, developed in collaboration with the Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital and Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Reflections’ programming is known for its non-pharmacological approach placing the person before the diagnosis.
