Local business leader Jessica Sharer appointed Director of Sales & Marketing at Three Rivers Estates

Mission Senior Living has appointed Jessica Sharer director of sales and marketing at Three Rivers Estates Senior Living and Memory Care, a premier retirement community currently under construction at 9801 W. Broadway, Farmington, and scheduled to open in spring 2022.
In addition to leading marketing, sales and community outreach at the assisted living and memory care community, Sharer will serve as a resource for seniors and their families so they can make informed decisions about their living options. “We’re a family-focused, neighborhood community with one mission: improve the lives of seniors,” said Steve Lien, administrator at Three Rivers Estates. “Farmington is home to Sharer and she’s committed to helping her senior neighbors live joyful, fulfilling lives as independently as possible, for as long as possible.”
“Having been a part of the Four Corners community for more than 10 years, my family and I are deeply rooted here, and invested in its prosperity and well-being,” said Sharer. “It is my privilege to join an organization that is not only committed to the growth and well-being of the Three River Estates’ residents but the greater Farmington community as well. Prior to joining Three Rivers Estates, she served as a branch manager for the Wells Fargo Farmington branch.
Upon completion, the two-story active lifestyle community will offer 92 assisted living apartments with studio, studio deluxe, one- and two-bedroom with a single bath, and two-bedroom with a double bath floor plans. A welcoming, secure memory care neighborhood is located within the community and offers 32 apartments in a variety of floorplans.
Deposits are currently being accepted. Three Rivers Estates Senior Living and Memory Care is operated by Mission Senior Living, a Carson City, Nev.- based senior living operator.
