Marcus & Millichap Closed the Sale of a Skilled Nursing Facility in Michigan

ZEELAND, MI–Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of Providence Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center of Zeeland, a 143-bed skilled nursing facility located in Zeeland.

Mark Myers, Charles Hilding, and Joshua Jandris with IPA, a division of Marcus & Millichap, represented Providence Life Services, an Illinois not-for-profit organization, in the sale. The property, Providence’s only stand-alone SNF found outside of Illinois, provides rehabilitation, memory care, and skilled nursing services. The purchaser was Illuminate HC, a health care management company and skilled care innovator. Illuminate will continue to serve the Zeeland community and plans to rename the community SKLD, pronounced “skilled.”
