Mobile CRM Tracks Senior Living Leads

March 6, 2018

KANSAS CITY, MO–SeniorVu, a lead-generation and lead management company, announced today the release of the SeniorVu CRM mobile application, available in both the Apple App Store (v2.1.11) and Google Play Store (v2.1.11). Both the iOS and Android versions allow marketing and sales professionals in senior living communities to stay connected on the go by providing lead management directly from their mobile device and the ability to receive real-time notifications about those leads.

“SeniorVu CRM empowers senior living sales and marketing teams,” says Danny Cates, vp of product. “Now they can be away from their desk more by combining the ease of use of a native mobile app designed specifically for senior living communities to unlock tremendous time-savers such as click-to-call, voice-to-text for call or meeting notes, and single click calendar integration to add scheduled appointments and follow-up activities.

SeniorVu client communities use the app to track leads SeniorVu generates on their behalf. Some clients also use the app to manage leads they’ve generated. During a temporary trial period, communities that are not SeniorVu clients can use the app complimentary by downloading it and entering their own leads to manage.

Maintaining a high census is always in the back of our minds,” says Jason Guthrie, admissions coordinator for Summit Villa and The Timbers. “It’s difficult to be ‘in the moment’ with residents when I’m wondering if I should rush back to my office to check voicemail and email. This SeniorVu Mobile CRM will not only save us time and allow us to be more competitive, we can stay focused on our current residents instead of wondering if there’s a lead that needs immediate attention.

Managing leads is phase one for the SeniorVu Mobile CRM. The next major release, expected by end of March, will include Task Management, followed by a concentration on analytics, and the ability for users to view multiple communities.
