Monarch Communities Adds to Management Team

Monarch Communities recently made the following managerial appointments:

Kelley Arrington has been appointed to operations specialist, overseeing regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Arrington was previously vice president of operations for Wickshire Senior Living based in Brentwood, Tennessee, where she was responsible for all operational aspects for 20 new communities. She brings over 27 years of senior living experience to this position.

Debbie Reilly has been named project manager. Reilly has worked as a project manager working on renovations and development of new communities in various states for senior living communities, including Erickson Senior Living. She brings over 27 years of construction management to this position, completing work on 37 communities in 12 states.

Maryland-based Monarch Communities, founded by seasoned senior living executives, operates and develops senior living communities along the East Coast.
