New Ownership of Superior Residences Selects SRI Management
TALLAHASSEE, FL–SRI Management LLC, one of the fastest growing privately held management companies in the Southeast, announces its selection as the management firm for five Superior Residences communities.
Overseeing the transition and capital investment at five Florida-based communities (Lecanto, Cala Hills, Clermont, Brandon and Niceville), SRI will make exterior and interior capital improvements along with implementing new technology available for seniors housing. Acquired by a Texas-based nonprofit organization in late June, Superior Residences will now offer affordable rate-lock options to existing and new residents.
“The injection of capital coupled with the mission of the new ownership to provide affordable senior care options will allow our leadership to create new opportunities for current and potential residents,” said Don Bishop, CEO, SRI Management. “In addition, the long-term and generational ownership is very positive for our associates.”
SRI Management has planned various repositioning to each of the communities, with new logos and uniform designs, a branded sense of arrival and proprietary programming including signature Artful Dining and Zestful Activities, all with SRI’s focus to continue seeking a seniors housing experience that values each individual resident and recognizes a customer-first approach.
Soft renovations including updated paint and new furnishings brings a fresh look and feel. With on-site programming reminiscent of resort living, SRI is developing Superior Residences to offer the next phase of life for seniors, something for potential residents to look forward to moving into in life, and an offering for families a stable option.
Since its inception in 2000, SRI’s leadership has consistently sought to be in the forefront of changes in the industry and forging strong relationships with owners. Each SRI-managed property seeks to achieve optimal results in all areas of operations, including resident care, associate satisfaction and retention, and financial performance.
SRI currently manages 21 independent, assisted living and memory support communities, encompassing over 2,000 units. The company is slated to end 2018 with 25 properties under operation or in phases of pre-opening. Once completed, the additional properties will increase the SRI portfolio to over 2,550 units.
