Northbridge Communities Adds Four Senior Living Communities

BURLINGTON, MA — Northbridge Communities, a provider of senior housing and services in New England, has announced in a press release the addition of four new communities to its growing portfolio: The Landing at Saco Bay in Saco, Maine; The Landing at Cape Elizabeth in Cape Elizabeth, Maine; Riverbend at Farmington in Farmington, Connecticut; and Skybrooke at Simsbury in Simsbury, Connecticut. This expansion strengthens Northbridge’s presence in Maine and marks its entry into the Connecticut market.
The Landing at Saco Bay is a 42-unit memory care community; The Landing at Cape Elizabeth is a 57-unit assisted living community; Riverbend at Farmington is a 120-unit premier assisted living and memory care community; and Skybrooke at Simsbury is a 120-unit premier assisted living and memory care community.
