Oakmont Senior Living Appoints Executive Director of Oakmont of Agoura Hills Opening Early 2022

Oakmont Senior Living, a luxury senior living operator with 40 communities in California and Nevada, has hired Sam El-Rabaa, an experienced senior living executive with a background in luxury hospitality, to serve as executive director of its newest community Oakmont of Agoura Hills. The community is currently under development and expected to open in early 2022. 

 El-Rabaa joins Oakmont of Agoura Hills from a senior living community in Ventura, Calif. where he served as general manager and translated his experience leading luxury hotels into the senior assisted living and memory care space. Prior to joining the senior living industry, El-Rabaa served as general manager of the Balboa Bay Resort and Club in Newport Beach, Calif. and hotel manager at Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa, Calif.   

 El-Rabaa brings an expertise in building engaging resident programs, amenity-rich hospitality environments and highly trained teams to Oakmont of Agoura Hills. The new senior living community offers spacious apartment homes and chef-driven culinary offerings plus five-star amenities including a wellness and fitness center, movie theater, library, pet park and indoor-outdoor spaces to accommodate a variety of activities. Residents also have access to complimentary chauffeur service, a concierge medicine program and a robust activities calendar that includes on-site educational, social and recreational programs as well as off-property group excursions. A Traditions Memory Care neighborhood is also part of the community offerings.
