Odessa Sadsad Promoted to Vice President of Health Services for Springpoint

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ—Springpoint is pleased to announce the promotion of Odessa Sadsad to vice president of health services. Sadsad began her career with Springpoint in 2009 at their life plan community, Crestwood Manor, as a nursing unit manager. She then became the director of nursing in 2013, and was promoted to regional nurse consultant in 2017; since then, she has been an invaluable organization-wide resource.

Sadsad received her RN, BSN from Western Mindanao State University in the Philippines. She is a certified dementia practitioner and holds an infection preventionist certification. She is currently in the process of obtaining a Master of Healthcare Administration from Walden University.

She is the chair of the director of nursing roundtable of LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware, a member of the Philippine Nurses Association, a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and a Golden Key International Honor Society member.
