Pennsylvania and Florida Nonprofit Senior Lifestyle Organizations Explore Possible Affiliation

DILLSBURG, PA | ORLANDO, FL–Presbyterian Senior Living and Westminster Communities of Florida, two of the country’s leading faith-based, nonprofit ministries serving older adults, have entered into a memorandum of understanding to explore a possible relationship between the two organizations.
The planned retirement of both organizations’ CEOs offers a window of opportunity that will enable PSL and Westminster to think creatively about what the relationship could look like.
Meetings will be scheduled with residents, staff and other constituent groups over the next several weeks to provide more information on how the conversations between Westminster Communities of Florida and Presbyterian Senior Living are progressing.
Presbyterian Senior Living is a not-for-profit organization, providing retirement and senior care services since 1927. Headquartered in Dillsburg, PA, Presbyterian Senior Living provides comprehensive services and accommodations to more than 6,000 seniors in 32 communities across the mid-Atlantic region of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio and Delaware. Services include Independent Living, Affordable Senior Housing, Personal Care and Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Memory Support, Adult Day Services, Respite Care, At-Home Services and End-of-Life and Comfort Care.

Westminster offers communities throughout the state, including 10 Continuing Care Retirement Communities, offering residential living, assisted living, nursing care, therapy, pharmacy services and more, as well as 12 affordable Rental Retirement Communities for low- to moderate-income seniors.
