Rising Stars of SRI Management—Company Adds Three Resident-Centric Leaders
June 7, 2019
TALLAHASSEE, FL–SRI Management LLC, a highly personal, results-oriented senior living management company with 23 communities throughout the Southeast, proudly introduces new executive directors at three of its Florida communities: Lindsay Collins, Superior Residences of Clermont; Taylor Campbell, Seagrass Village of Fleming Island; and Jordan Cook, The Beacon at Gulf Breeze.
“Each of these executive directors emulate impressive family-centric, compassionate leadership, respectively bringing their own impressive history of advocating for seniors,” said Don Bishop, chief executive officer, SRI Management. “They are creating the service-driven, active lifestyle culture SRI Management is noted for to these communities.”
Having served as the Clermont director of sales for more than six years, Collins oversees all daily operations and business development in her new position, all while further developing Superior Residences of Clermont to be a community which provides an active sense of wellness and care for its residents. Collins has a passion for working with seniors, valuing their stories and striving to make a difference in their lives. From the time she joined SRI Management in 2012 as a director of sales, she has excelled in her positions and brought new advancements to the management team.
“My years as a director of sales with SRI fueled my passion for seniors as they transition into this phase of life,” said Collins. “I’m excited to continue to develop Superior Residences of Clermont as a positive and successful community, providing quality lifestyle options for each resident and supporting our aging population to the fullest extent they deserve alongside with my team of top professionals.”
Active in the local community while also seeking professional continued education opportunities, Collins served as a South Lake Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, representing SRI Clermont and is currently an active member. She has been a Health Care Industry Network Team (HINT) committee member since 2011 and recently took the Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) course.
Joining the SRI Management leadership team as director of sales and marketing at Seagrass Village of Fleming Island in early 2017, Campbell’s unique value set of people skills, coupled with her tenacity and marketing experience made her a fitting candidate for the role of executive director. Entrenched locally in Clay County, Campbell previously served in marketing executive leadership positions in the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with emphasis on Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from North Carolina Wesleyan College.
“The opportunity to connect with our residents and their families on the executive director level is a true joy,” said Campbell. “I am thrilled to use my marketing skills to grow Seagrass Village. This community is one of the first in the area to combine Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care options under one roof, providing our residents with all options for the best in care.”
Under Campbell’s leadership, Seagrass Village of Fleming Island is one of the first communities in the area to be implementing the CarePredict system, a unique, wearable technology designed to provide personalized measurement of Activities of Daily Living (ADL). By understanding ADL patterns, CarePredict provides powerful, predictive analytics of impending declines in health or functional status. The program will allow Seagrass Village of Fleming Island caregivers to gather insights from CarePredict, alerting of increased fall risk, urinary tract infections, malnutrition and depression and ultimately providing a higher quality of care.
Cook brings a strong background in senior living sales and operations to The Beacon at Gulf Breeze along with vast experience in the exercise sciences, making him the ideal candidate to develop an energetic living environment for seniors at The Beacon.
“My previous experience in sales and operations with Alliance Senior Services and at The Baldwin House Assisted Living Residence along with my passion for active, healthy lifestyle well prepared me for success in this role,” said Cook. “I’m invigorated by the opportunity to develop The Beacon into a lively community full of residents and families committed to health and happiness.”
After graduating from Harding University with a degree in Sports Medicine, Cook obtained his master’s degree at the University of Louisiana of Monroe. He started his career at the Andrews Institute under Dr. James Andrews, providing services to professional and college athletes. Today, Cook is heavily involved in the local community, serving with the Gulf Breeze Rotary, the Gateway Church of Christ and as a Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership ambassador.
