November 25, 2019
HONOLULU, HI–Sagely, the provider of senior living’s leading resident engagement platform, has named Hollie Kemp as the company’s new Executive Vice President.
Kemp will be responsible for the company’s strategic operations, growth plans and product enhancement efforts, and will play a critical role in advancing the Sagely mission of keeping elders happy, healthy, connected and independent. Prior to joining Sagely, she served as Chief Experience Officer at Watercrest Senior Living where she oversaw all associate and resident experiences.
“Hollie is a great leader and a true hands-on expert on residents’ wellness and engagement across all levels of care,” said Alex Bitoun, Sagely CEO. “I recently sat down to interview Hollie about her journey, and the process and challenges of building and managing a top-flight wellness program. I knew then that Sagely needed someone with Hollie’s experience and knowledge. I am excited to have her join the team to lead us to our next phase of growth and expand the value we provide to our clients.”
Kemp brings a distinguished background in Alzheimer’s and dementia care programming, resident experience and wellness to Sagely. Prior to joining Watercrest, she served as Vice President of Resident Engagement for Senior Lifestyle Corporation and Corporate Director of Dementia Care for Compass Pointe Healthcare System. She has been recognized twice by Argentum for excellence in her field. In 2017, she was awarded a Best of the Best award for Senior Lifestyle Corporation’s Essence aromatherapy program and, earlier this year, Kemp was recognized as one of Argentum’s 2019 Senior Living Leaders Under 40.
“As a longtime user and fan of Sagely, I am delighted to join this innovative team of well-being champions. I am looking forward to helping Sagely and our users to excel in delivering the very best engagement programs while empowering older adults to live well,” said Kemp.
