Saint Joseph PACE Names Danielle Younts-Jaramillo Executive Director

MISHAWAKA, Ind. — Saint Joseph PACE has named Danielle Younts-Jaramillo executive director.
Younts-Jaramillo will oversee the program’s daily operations and lead efforts related to quality, compliance, operational performance and participant care.
She brings more than seven years of experience in health care quality assurance, compliance and operations. Most recently, she served as director of quality and compliance at LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines, where she worked on quality initiatives, regulatory compliance and operations.
“Danielle is a proven leader whose dedication to quality care and continuous improvement makes her an outstanding choice to lead Saint Joseph PACE,” said Hogan Cable, regional vice president of Trinity Health PACE. “Her experience, collaborative leadership style and passion for the PACE model will help us continue providing exceptional care while strengthening our services for the communities we serve.”
Younts-Jaramillo earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of North Carolina, a master’s degree in youth, family and community sciences from North Carolina State University and a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a concentration in psychology from Catawba College in Salisbury, N.C.
As executive director, her priorities will include strengthening quality and compliance practices, supporting operational performance, fostering continuous improvement and enhancing the participant experience.
Saint Joseph PACE serves older adults who qualify for nursing home care but prefer to remain in their homes while receiving coordinated medical, rehabilitation and social services.
The organization is part of Trinity Health PACE, which serves more than 3,300 participants across 28 centers, including five managed locations, in 12 states.
