CHICAGO–Senior Lifestyle, an industry-leading owner, operator and developer of senior living communities, has announced key appointments to lead its re-aligned operations and asset management team. Justin Robins and Jim Pusateri have been named EVPs and Co-Chief Operating Officers, and Paula Adams will serve as Chief Clinical Officer. The team will focus on establishing and strengthening business partner alignment, optimizing performance, and fostering strategic growth.
Their experience spans every area of senior living, combining expertise in business operations and clinical services. During Justin Robins’ 21 years with Senior Lifestyle he has added significant value in every role while building solid team member, investor and partner relationships. Jim Pusateri, a veteran senior living executive brings 26 years of leadership in management, sales, marketing, recruitment and training. Paula Adams, a Registered Nurse with 25 years’ experience in health care management, has led Senior Lifestyle’s clinical and compliance teams, sharpening the company’s focus on ancillary services including home health, pharmacy, and hospice care.

As part of the re-alignment, Hollie Kemp, the creator of Senior Lifestyle’s award-winning Embrace program for memory care, has been named Vice President of Resident Experience. Amaka Aniefuna joins Senior Lifestyle as Vice President of Operations.
