Senior Living Investment Brokerage Announces the Sale of Villas at San Bernardino

SAN BERNARDINO, CA — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has facilitated the sale of Villas at San Bernardino, an assisted-living and memory-care facility in this Southern California city. According to a press release, the community was built in 2003 and it consists of 77 residences on approximately 1.4 acres of land.

The buyer is an in-state owner/operator looking to grow its footprint in California, while the community was the seller’s only remaining senior living property. The buyer’s and seller’s names were not disclosed.

“This transaction allowed the seller to exit the seniors space, while we also sold their other asset a month ago, while the buyer was excited to acquire the property as they are actively growing a portfolio in southern California,” said SLIB Senior Vice President Brad Goodsell.
