Senior Living Veteran Launches New Podcast Designed to Educate and Enhance Evolving Senior Living Investment Industry

ORLANDO, FL–Senior living veteran Scott McCorvie recently launched a new podcast designed to educate and enhance the senior living industry. The podcast—The Inner Circle of Senior Living—is formatted as a combination of industry topic discussion, expert interviews, and community interaction to help carry the industry to the next level.
“I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to share my experience and passion for senior living to a rapidly growing and evolving audience,” McCorvie said. “We are at a turning point in senior living, as there are a lot of new investment and development groups entering the space. I want to make sure that everyone understands the intricacies involved in senior living and help ensure we continue to move in the right direction.”
As show host, McCorvie discusses a wide range of challenges and topics that are impacting senior living communities today.
“Senior living is so specialized and unlike other real estate classes, so I’m discussing many facets of the industry including successful operations, design, financing, cap ex planning, investment strategies, and even senior living management agreements,” said McCorvie. “Guest interviews help round out the show, as it provides another platform for these industry experts to share their experience.”
Prior to creating The Inner Circle of Senior Living, show host Scott McCorvie served as Vice President, Acquisitions at CNL Financial Group, LLC and Manager of Investments at Sentio Investments, LLC. Both positions allowed McCorvie to gain valuable experience in the senior living investment space. He also worked as a consultant for HealthTrust, LLC, a national senior living real estate valuation and advisory firm.
McCorvie currently serves as President for Senior Living Growth Advisors, LLC, a national senior living advisory firm assisting owners, operators, investors, and developers achieve their desired growth success.
