Seniors Housing Transaction Announcement: 159 Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care Units—Butte, Montana

BUTTE, MT—Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) facilitated the sale of an independent living, assisted living and memory care facility located in Butte, Montana.

The selling entity is a locally-based regional owner/operator. The buyer is a well-respected regional owner/operator based in the western United States, and they’re expanding in the mountain west. They plan to optimize operations, with a renewed focus on renovating the community, optimizing staffing and increasing occupancy.

The facility consists of 159 units/164 beds and is approximately 87,000 square feet. It was built in 1997 and is situated on approximately 11.26 acres of land.
