Seniors Housing Transaction Announcement: 56-Bed Intermediate Care and Residential Care—Portland, Oregon

PORTLAND, OR—Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) facilitated the sale of an intermediate care and residential care facility located in Portland, Oregon.

The selling entity was a local owner/operator who will be retiring from the industry. The buyer is a western United States regional group who will be expanding their presence in Oregon.

“Cornerstone Care Option was an extremely well ran nursing home and will integrate well with the buyer’s other facilities in Oregon,” said Jason Punzel, managing director at SLIB.

The facility consists of 38 units/56 beds, and was originally built in 1955 (with renovations in 2006) and was 98% occupied. The facility is approximately 98,700 square feet and is situated on approximately 7.33 acres of land.
