Seniors Housing Transaction Announcement Skilled Nursing Community – Georgia

GLEN ELLYN, IL–SLIB, a leader in the seniors housing market, facilitated the sale of a 122-bed skilled nursing community located within a rapidly growing submarket within the Savannah, Georgia MSA. The community is licensed by the State of Georgia for 122 beds but currently only utilizes 88. The 4.9 acre site allows for an expansion of the facility in order to utilize all of its licensed beds. The community is a four-star rated facility and benefits from limited competition and a strong reputation in the local market.
