IRVINE, CA–Great Place to Work and FORTUNE have honored Silverado as one of the 2018 Best Workplaces for Aging Services. Silverado placed 27 out of 40 highly-respected industry peers.
The ranking considered more than 76,000 employee surveys from companies in the Aging Services industry. Great Place to Work®, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and recognize companies who best include all employees, no matter their level or role within the organization.
“For more than 20 years, Silverado has been building on our high-trust culture which has been invaluable to not only the level of care, but to improving quality of life for our residents, patients, families, and associates,” shares Loren Shook, president, CEO and chairman. “We are gratified to have been named a Great Place to Work® earlier this year.
