SLIB Facilitates Sale Of Hillsboro, OR Community

Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) facilitated the sale of
an assisted living and memory care community located in
Hillsboro, Oregon. This transacted for $15,500,000 and consists
of 72 units / 90 beds. The community was built in 2019/2020.
Hillsboro is about 17 miles west of Portland and immediately
west of Beaverton. Oregon Route 8, known locally as the
Tualatin Valley Highway, is the primary east–west highway. The
facility is approximately 39,460 square feet and is situated on
approximately 2.09 acres of land.

The Seller Entity was a local developer/operator and this is their only seniors asset. They will be exiting the industry. The buyer is a Private Equity real estate company out of TX and they will be using a Pacific Northwest based operator as their manager.
