Sole Dementia Care Community in Richmond and Madison County Expands

Dominion Senior Living of Richmond announced an expansion of its memory care services, converting 15 additional apartments to serve the growing demand for dementia and Alzheimer’s care in Madison County. Construction was completed on February 9, 2022 and is now ready for tours.

With 60 total, Dominion Senior Living of Richmond will now have 30 personal care and 30 memory care units. Previously, there were 15 memory care units. Dominion Senior Living of Richmond has been serving Richmond and Madison County since 2017. The community’s address is 200 Meridian Way, Richmond, KY 40475, located in the Heritage Place subdivision.

There will be a “VIP” grand opening event with several state and local officials from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 17. The local Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. In addition, the community is hosting a public open house from noon to 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 6.
