Springpoint Promotes Sandi Ko to Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer

Springpoint Choice has promoted Sandi Ko to senior vice president and chief people officer. She will continue serving as the organization’s chief compliance officer while overseeing its workforce, culture and talent strategy.

In her expanded role, Ko will lead employee engagement, organizational culture, leadership development and talent strategy initiatives.

Ko joined Springpoint in 2014 and most recently served as vice president of human resources. Her work has included aligning talent strategies with the organization’s long-term goals and developing Springpoint University, a professional development program offering education, career advancement resources and leadership training.

Springpoint University received the LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware Excellence in Innovation Award. During Ko’s tenure, Springpoint also earned Great Place to Work certification, recognition among Fortune’s 100 Best Workplaces in Aging Services, Mployer’s Excellent Benefits Award, Aetna’s Workplace Well-Being Award and an honorable mention in Ragan’s Human Resources Talent & Retention Awards.

Ko also received New Jersey’s Innovation100 Award.
