SRI Management Adds Leadership to Support Company Growth

TALLAHASSEE, FL–SRI Management LLC, one of the fastest growing privately held management companies in the Southeast, unveiled changes to its organizational structure, showcasing additional leadership and support additions to the already impressive corporate team. Designed to support SRI’s growth strategy for the current year as more communities continue to be added to the management portfolio, the restructuring includes consolidating corporate operations to its Tallahassee office. These changes position the team to provide the dedicated service, value and care for which the company has been recognized since its inception in 2000.

With the new team in-place, SRI remains committed to developing and managing senior housing communities as a high-touch, results-oriented operator with signature core values of character, compassion and commitment. With internal structures well-aligned to provide each of the managed properties the focus it deserves, the following corporate positions are announced in the Tallahassee, Fla., headquarters:

Seth Walker, chief financial officerJoining the team from his most recent position as senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Walker brings a Master in Accounting from the University of Florida. As the new cfo, Walker will streamline financial operations and improve internal reporting speed and accuracy to better equip leadership decisions and overall direction for SRI Management.

Heidi Ledbetter, controllerLedbetter steps into the controller role as a past senior accountant, training and supporting all SRI communities on payroll and financial best practices. Ledbetter holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Flagler College.

Precious Hodge, senior accountantHolding a bachelor’s in accounting from Flagler College and boasting an impressive professional career history as owner and manager of her own accounting and tax company, Hodge joins the SRI team as a senior accountant. Her primary role focuses on streamlining the data entry process for each community, providing revenue oversight and support to allow communities time to focus less on bookkeeping and more on their residents.

Lindsay Warren, divisional director of operations southA Licensed Practical Nurse, Warren joins the corporate team as the previous awarded executive director of Superior Residences of Clermont (a SRI-managed community). In this new role, Warren heads up the operational aspects of the south division, with the objective of exceeding expectations and goals surrounding resident care, family communication, facility maintenance, sales and financials.

Jennifer Martin, corporate director of salesTouting an impressive background in psychology and occupational therapy, Martin joins SRI as the new corporate director of sales, responsible for leading sales initiatives and trainings and achieving occupancy goals for communities. Working closely with the operations team, Martin provides hands-on coaching for sales directors at each community, in addition to identifying underperforming communities, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

Casey Polk, divisional director of resident services southPreviously serving as the director of resident services at Superior Residences of Clermont, Polk oversees the training and accountability for resident services directors for all communities in the south region. With nearly 10 years in various resident services roles, Polk holds her AA from Valencia College and her Licensed Practical Nurse from Orlando Tech.

Valarie McKee, executive assistantJoining the team with more than 25 years of administrative support experience in the medical and faith-based industries, McKee serves as the new executive assistant to the ceo. She holds an Associate Degree in Office Administrative from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Ohio.

Since its inception in 2000, SRI’s leadership has consistently sought to be in the forefront of changes in the industry and forging strong relationships with owners. SRI currently manages 21 independent, assisted living and memory support communities, encompassing over 2,000 units. The company was slated to end 2018 with 25 properties under operation or in phases of pre-opening. Once completed, the additional properties will increase the SRI portfolio to over 2,550 units.
