The Ivy At Blue Oaks Opens Onsite Info Center in Anticipation of Opening to Residents This Year

May 22, 2024

ROSEVILLE, CA — Ivy Living continues its California expansion with the opening of an onsite information center for its new location in this Sacramento suburb. The Ivy at Blue Oaks is currently under construction with resident move-ins expected later this year. The information center is now open daily.

Offering both assisted-living and memory-care services, The Ivy at Blue Oaks will feature 104 apartment homes and gourmet culinary offerings, plus amenities including a wellness and fitness center, movie theater, technology center, and multiple indoor-outdoor spaces to accommodate a variety of activities. Residents will also have access to chauffeur service, nurse-managed personal care services, a concierge medicine program, and a robust activities calendar that includes onsite educational, social, and recreational programs, as well as off-property group excursions. The community will include two outdoor courtyards, a firepit, walking paths, yoga pavilion, bar and lounge, chef’s garden, and a bird aviary that’s home to finches, doves, and canaries. In addition, a sound garden and IMMERSE sensory lounge will both be available to memory-care residents.

Person-centered care provided through Evergreen at Ivy will include a team dedicated specifically to the community’s memory-care residents — from nurses to care providers to activity coordinators. IMMERSE, Ivy Living’s new sensory program that will be offered at The Ivy at Blue Oaks, provides immersive activities and experiences designed to stimulate residents’ senses and awaken their potential. The IMMERSE studio offers an interactive, experiential space that’s curated to engage all five senses, and it features three activities throughout each day that are designed to awaken, engage, and relax the senses from morning until evening.
