WINCHESTER, VA–The Village at Orchard Ridge–A National Lutheran Community, has been named Best Large Business of the Year by the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber of Commerce.
The Village at Orchard Ridge’s mission unites team members, board members and volunteers alike, but the driving force behind care for older adults is ministry; the heart of National Lutheran Communities & Services (NLCS), The Village at Orchard Ridge’s parent organization.
At The Village at Orchard Ridge, the aim is to express that ministry in every facet of work, supporting the mission of NLCS that began in 1890, to honor, inspire and support choice and opportunity in service to seniors. The team at The Village at Orchard Ridge is grateful and thankful for continued support in strengthening the core mission within the NLCS organization as a whole. The Village at Orchard Ridge’s most precious advocates are residents, team members and local businesses and vendors, which contribute to the greater good of the Winchester community.
