Triad Senior Living Facility Gets New Owner

A Chicago-based long-term care facility management company has purchased Greensboro’s Brookdale Lawndale Park, an assisted living and memory care facility, according to the Triad Business Journal.

The acquisition is apparently part of a series of recent property purchases by Enlivant, one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of senior living communities.

According to real estate transactions, Greensboro BG Propco LLC, whose parent company is Enlivant, purchased the 3.633-acre facility at 3823 Lawndale Drive for $2.572 million. The transaction was completed earlier this month. The seller is listed in public records as Emerihrt Greensboro LLC.
