LOS ANGELES, CA — KFA Architects has announced the completion of the Ambrose Apartments, a new complex providing permanent supportive housing for seniors. The five-story, 64-residence building is specifically for rent by people in households earning up to 30 percent of the area’s median income, with rent set between $591 and $633 per month. The complex features 49 studio residences, 14 single-bedrooms, and one manager’s apartment.

Domus Development is the sole developer for the project, while KFA designed the building and administered its construction. The community includes studios with full kitchens and bathrooms, and all residences are fully furnished, with both heating and air conditioning systems.
