Mustang Creek Enterprises Closes on Mustang Creek Estates Frisco

DALLAS, TX — Mustang Creek Enterprises has announced in a press release that it has closed on the purchase of Mustang Creek Estates of Frisco, a 45,000-square-foot neighborhood located on six acres in the Dallas suburb of Frisco. The community has been operated by Mustang Creek Enterprises since it opened in 2014, and it was purchased by Mustang Creek Enterprises and Clermont Avenue VI, with a conventional mortgage through Community National Bank.

Mustang Creek Estates Frisco provides high-quality, residential-style assisted living and memory care at an affordable price in six homes that house 14–16 residents each and 80 units.
