Charter Senior Living Expands Ventas Relationship with Georgia Community

MARTINEZ, Ga. — Charter Senior Living has expanded its relationship with Ventas through the management transition of an assisted living and memory care community in Martinez.
The community has been rebranded as Charter Senior Living of Martinez as part of the transition.
The addition brings Charter’s portfolio to nearly 75 senior living communities nationwide and expands its portfolio of communities associated with Ventas in the Southeast.
“We’re honored to expand our relationship with Ventas and welcome Charter Senior Living of Martinez into our growing portfolio of Ventas communities in the Southeast,” said Keven J. Bennema, co-founder and CEO of Charter Senior Living.
Bennema said the company will focus on resident care and services while supporting existing employees at the community.
Based in Naperville, Ill., Charter Senior Living is a family-owned owner, operator and manager of senior living communities. The company owns and manages nearly 75 communities offering independent living, assisted living and memory care.
