BLACKSBURG, VA–English Meadows Senior Living acquired one of their existing operations, English Meadows Blacksburg Campus, located in Blacksburg, VA. The deal, which closed in July, will add the property to the English Meadows’ growing portfolio of owned assets.
“We are very excited about the future of senior living in our footprint,” said Mike Williams, English Meadows CEO/Founder. “Our property team did an amazing job in closing on our existing operations.”
English Meadows partnered with KeyBank in the purchase of the $20.05 million community.
“KeyBank was the perfect partner for us on this deal. They thoroughly know our industry and helped us move quickly to meet our deadlines,” said Mike Lambertson, English Meadows VP of Finance & Acquisitions. We look forward to working with them on our future acquisitions.”
In July, English Meadows also closed their acquisition of the English Meadows Crozet Campus. English Meadows took over operations of the community in February of this year. The previously named Mountainside Senior Living sits directly in the middle of downtown Crozet, VA (next door to Charlottesville, VA).
