Artis Senior Living Names Justin Ladd Vice President of Operations

McLEAN, Va. — Artis Senior Living has named Justin Ladd vice president of operations, overseeing nine communities in Illinois, Minnesota, Florida and part of Pennsylvania.

Ladd brings more than 17 years of senior living experience to the role. He previously served as portfolio director, vice president of operations and regional director of operations for Arrow Senior Living, based in St. Charles, Mo. He also served as executive director for Sunrise Senior Living in Brentwood, Tenn.

Ladd holds a bachelor’s in healthcare administration from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky., and an MBA from University of Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Ky. He is also a licensed nursing home administrator.

Founded in 2012, Artis Senior Living develops, owns and operates memory care and assisted living communities. The McLean, Va.-based company operates 26 communities in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
