Accomplished Female Executive Hired to Assume Key Position at The Waters – Minnesota’s 4th Largest Woman-Owned Business

MINNETONKA, MN–Tami Kozikowski, a woman with a long-standing career in executive leadership, is ready to make her mark on Minnesota’s fourth largest woman-owned business.

Beginning April 16, Kozikowski, who most recently served as corporate EVP and president of LifeSpa at Life Time Fitness, a $1.5 billion healthy-way-of-life company, will assume the duties of COO for The Waters Senior Living.

Having served in multiple executive positions over her career at companies that include Best Buy, Advance Auto Parts and Arthur Anderson, she is experienced in retail, real estate and service businesses in both high-growth and challenging markets.

As a versatile and creative thought leader, Kozikowski has consistently improved financial results, operating effectiveness and the customer and employee experience. She resides in Wayzata, MN, with her husband and three children. She holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
