Anthem Memory Care Names Susan Embree Community Relations Director at Rancho Springs

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. — Anthem Memory Care has named Susan Embree as community relations director for Rancho Springs, its community in Rancho Cucamonga.
In the role, Embree will be responsible for community outreach and marketing.
Embree has more than 30 years of experience in senior healthcare, including independent living, skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care. She previously served as a sales specialist for Silverado Memory Care.
During her time with Silverado Memory Care, she held several leadership and sales positions, including community services director, administrator and sales specialist.
“Throughout my career, I have been passionate about supporting older adults and their families with a special focus on helping families navigate the challenges of caring for loved ones living with dementia,” Embree said. “My experience allows me to become a trusted resource and advocate for families as they make important care decisions.”
Rancho Springs is located at 6140 Haven Ave. in Rancho Cucamonga and is expected to open in November 2026.
Anthem Memory Care, based in West Linn, Ore., operates and develops memory care communities in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, New Mexico, Ohio, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
