October 1, 2021

Anthology Senior Living, a vertically integrated senior living owner, developer, and operator, has partnered with Harrison Street, one of the leading investment management firms exclusively focused on alternative real assets, and Peninsula Investments Group, a private equity firm, to develop three new senior living communities in Boynton Beach, Florida, Millis, Massachusetts and Natick, Massachusetts that includes a total of 321 units.

Anthology of Boynton Beach, located on 5.29 acres in Boynton Beach, Florida, will offer 130 apartments with assisted living and memory care options.

Anthology of Millis, situated on 7.7 acres southwest of Boston, broke ground in July 2021. The community will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care with a total of 105 apartments.

Anthology of Natick, located on 5.5 acres in Natick, Massachusetts, broke ground in July 2021. The community will feature 86 apartments and offer assisted living and memory care.

“We are very pleased to partner with Harrison Street and Peninsula Investment Group to develop these three communities, given their knowledge of the senior living industry and their long-term approach to partnerships,” said Ben Burke, President of Anthology Senior Living.

Anthology focuses on providing unique and thoughtful common area amenities that promote and enhance resident engagement. With a variety of dining options, entertainment spaces, wellness spaces, and community rooms, these communities will offer an abundance of opportunities to explore interests, improve health, and increase engagement. Each community will feature Anthology’s signature Virtue Memory Care Neighborhood, which is designed to help residents thrive in mind, body, and spirit. Curated artwork features local landmarks and nostalgic images to evoke feelings of home. Memory displays outside each personal suite feature personal photos and mementos to provide familiarity. Even the dining experience is designed for familiarity by featuring favorite foods served with an appealing flair.

Since inception, Harrison Street has invested $11.2 billion in senior living communities including independent living, assisted living and memory care units. Harrison Street and CA Ventures have partnered on 21 student housing transactions across the U.S. since 2008 and recently expanded the partnership to include the European student housing market and now the U.S. senior housing market.

The communities are expected to open in late 2022 to early 2023.
